Just read about the Dublin gig.Flights +hotel booked ?.Looks like a trip to Phils grave + statue and a night out in temple BAR\'S for three old gits from the south west.

Oh Terry, Terry, didn\'t you get the message? Dublin is unfortunately cancelled by the venue. Still...a couple of days in Dublin anyway? Hmmm - could be worse...

The ABC Gig with Livewire: Do you know what hall you are playing in? Is It ABC 1 or ABC2? If its ABC2 you\'ll need to be sharp with your timing as I just found out that theres a curfew on in favour of a night club on after you. The Curfew is 10pm. A more well known band had their encore cut which had the Scottish fans "booing" them for no encore (A first for me I have to admit.) ABC make no apology for cutting the band short. So be warned!!!P.S The club after may suit the "Old Man Wayne"  with all these nubiles running around, especially after Kendal 2008!!! On the other hand.........

Hey, my man, thanks for the heads up - dunno which one we\'re in yet. Sounds like the old letch...er, er, our fearless leader will have his hands full after the gig. Care to help him out, Max? Think you could keep up with the old gimmer? I mean, sounds like you need something else to do with "the other hand...", ha, ha!

Does anyone want to sell me two tickets for Birdwell on Saturday night????

Spike - Sandbach Thu 12th Mar 2009

Finally got the chance to see you at the Limelight on Friday 6th March.  Well what a great night music was fantastic, the closest I\'ll ever get to seeing "the real thing" But I must say that the Limelight is not a patch on what it was a couple of years ago which took the edge off the evening, hardly any beer and only the bar open in the gig room is extremely poor, please guys let the management know I know there were others there who felt the same.  Perhaps you could show the management by performing at the M club next time you come to Crewe, then if bands as great as yourselves snub the Limelight they will either wake up and smell the coffee or go under.

Janet, Wakefield Sun 8th Mar 2009

Another fantastic night at Ossett  even though my daughter did make me sit upstairs lol!!....She did enjoy herself though, and this was her first rock gig. Her fav songs are The Boys Are Back In Town and Don\'t Believe a word, she\'s been singing em all morning!! Hope to see you again at Birdwell next week and this time me and Nick will be at the front!!

Mick from Stoke Sat 7th Mar 2009

Having seen Lizzy on numerous tours, including their farewell tour (at Stoke Victoria Hall) I have to say that you guys are not a tribute to Thin Lizzy, you are a legend keeping the music alive. I\'ve seen you play many times but I thought Friday 6th at the Limelight was pretty special. Keep it up and see you next time.

Another wonderful gig at the Limelight last night.  You never fail to make me feel 18 all over again!  Saw the \'real thing\' twice with different line-ups, and you guys are every bit as good.  Thanks for a fantastic evening.

Chris - Stoke on Trent Sat 7th Mar 2009

Having finally been persuaded after many years I finally found the time & opportunity to see Limehouse at the Limelight in Crewe [Fri 6th March] As a Lizzy fan from 1975 onwards, and being a musician for many years, I had to see what the fuss was about.

Guys, you left me thoroughly impressed. The new guitarist [the vale fan! good on ya!] complemented the other soloist superbly. Highlights for me were "Johnny The Fox", "Still in Love With You" "Emerald" & "Cowboy Song". I left the gig being truely excited, witnessing something that I feel I hadn\'t felt for many years. Guys, a superb tribute to a remarkable act.
